💡 Legal Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of cancellation.
You then have 14 more days to return the items.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition.
**We may deduct up to 100% of the value if items are damaged beyond repair or show excessive use.**

- Perishable goods
- Hygiene-sensitive products (underwear, earrings, etc.)
📩 Returns Process

Do not send items back without approval. Return postage is paid by you.
💰 Refund Details
Refunds issued within 14 days of us receiving authorised returns.
Only item price refunded (not original delivery or return costs).
Payment returned to original method.
⚠️ Faulty or Wrong Items
Contact us within 30 days at geniustreez@gmail.com with photos.
Faulty items: We will repair, replace, or refund.
Wrong items: We will arrange free return and replacement/refund.
